We combine a systemic approach to organisational development with power- and diversity-sensitive perspectives. We are driven by the question of how organisations can shape their structure and culture to be transformative inside and out.

We work locally and transnationally with small and large organisations, networks and umbrella organisations, community actors, feminist, queer and anti-racist associations and activist groups.
