We combine systemic organisational development with power- and diversity-sensitive perspectives.
Analysing social power dynamics and their interaction with organisational culture is central to us. We are driven by the question of how organisations can shape their structure and culture to be transformative inside and out. How they can realise participation, diversity, equal opportunities and the assumption of individual and systemic responsibility by each individual. Because social transformation starts from within.
With a systemic approach and a feminist lens, we look at the larger picture: How do social dynamics affect organisational culture? Is the organisation’s vision reflected in its culture and way of working? Is there a clear and shared understanding of leadership? How are participation, diversity and representation ensured? How is collectivity promoted? How can leadership and self-organisation interact? And how are power and responsibility defined, shared and used?
Organisational change requires space, time and joint goals. We are happy to accompany you on your way, with expertise, experience and conviction. In consultation and training, we invite you to reflect, to discover innovative topics and to try out new forms of cooperation. We listen, ask questions, analyse, initiate, motivate, moderate and structure. We make dynamics, patterns and potentials visible and support you as you redesign.
