Leadership Competence
How do I lead myself and my team successfully? What attitude shapes my actions as a leader and how do I implement it in my daily work? What does my team need, what do I need? Where do I set limits and how do I delegate? How do I build up peer support?
In a safe space for dialogue and reflection, we accompany emerging and experienced leaders in developing and shaping their role. We work with individuals and peer groups and train methods, thought-provoking impulses and approaches for self-, staff and team leadership.

- Coaching for managers
- Support in the implementation of internal leadership peer groups, introducing work methods and collective approaches to management
