How do we shape leadership in a feminist way, as individuals and collectively? What turns leadership transparent, power-sensitive and empowering? How do we deal with hierarchy, power and powerlessness?

We support you in developing a transformative leadership culture that consciously deals with power and responsibility. That focuses on participation, diversity, strengthening of roles and equal opportunities and dismantles the structural barriers of conventional organisational leadership. Together we reflect on success and challenges, potential areas of conflict, scope for action and coherent strategies.
